So far your generous donations have provided:

  • several $500 scholarships for high school seniors annually 
  • dozens of coats, hats, boots, and gloves to students in need
  • purchased three new beds for needy teens who were sleeping on the floor
  • dozens of Christmas presents to several families in need
  • school clothes and supplies for students in need
  • assisted with transportation expenses to help the young parents of two infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
  • more than $2000 of financial relief to benefit children in Haiti after the devastating earthquake...this is a contact in Haiti who has been friends of the Loughrige family for over 20 years and 100% of the donations went directly to the children
  • holiday food baskets distributed through the Bread of Life Food Pantry annually 
  • assisted with hosting the Child Advocacy Center/Sexual Assault Services Holiday party for families in annual training event
  • donations to the Fountain Clinic which provides medical help to the uninsured and underinsured
  • donated blankets, bedding, groceries and hygiene items for children of an inner city Mentor Program
  • paid for several students physical exam which allowed him to participate in high school athletics
  • bought high school students track shoes so he could run track
  • paid for high school students to take the AP exam for college placement
  • paid for a single mother to receive her drivers license so she could work and provide for her family
  • scholarships to several youth to attend the IGYB Youth Football camp 
  • sponsored a basket to help raise funds and awareness for PKS Kids
  • purchased athletic equipment for children in an inner city mentor program
  • financial support for medical bills of a young family in need
  • educational support to of a young girl who lost her father
  • school supplies to 125 youth through the Haiti School Box Project
  • participation in a fund raiser and matched funds to raise money for funeral expenses for a single mom who lost her young son in a tragic accident
  • Christmas gifts for children in The Foster Adoptive Family Resource & Support Center
  • purchased necessary baby items for an "at risk" infant

The funds generated from this campaign provide scholarships for college bound seniors. "A little change can change a child's world".
